Just checked out of the hotel. The facility was on par with Crown Plaza but the room service was terrible. Had to wait over 1 hour for delivery of coffee and bagels. Had to make 3 calls to get it then. Delivered without cups, sugar, cream or spoons. The tray still had food from the previous delivery. Had to call to get it corrected, and that took 20 minutes. Not worth the $19 charge.
The hotel was not busy and it was not due to a large amount of orders.
Told the desk staff and was told that a manager was not available and they would pass on the comment.
This hotel needs to train on customer service.
