This hotel has changed it's name to The Monumental. Be aware if you are trying to find it as it has no signage. We went round in circles trying to find it. The hotel staff are unhelpfull, and at times rude. If you find anyone that is.the place is like a ghost town. It is very dated, and could do with a massive makeover. We were told it was a business hotel, so don't expect them to be child friendly. food is very expensive, of poor quality, cold and slow. We had to have breakfast there twice as Hurrican Fay was around. Didn't get much info on what they would do if it hit the hotel, which was very likely. So had to watch news and decide for ourselves. There are no laundery services, and their machines don't work. Due to name change, Yes I know figure that one out. If you are going with young children, which we did, both under 5 DON'T. It's not catered for them. We had a great time outside of the hotel, but we only used the hotel to sleep and shower. when we were not in the parks we went to the malls, as there is nothing to do in the hotel. In fact the last few days of our stay we were bored, as the weather was bad, due to hurrican, Will not be going back there EVER.
