For the $179 per night price tag, this hotel was too average. It's location in downtown Nashville is great - only a few blocks from the major businesses and country bars - but my room seemed a bit old. My stay got off to an inauspicious start when a woman in front of me at the desk - who had just checked in - asked to check out due to something wrong in her room. For a business traveler like me, it was frustrating that there were no instructions in my room as to the Internet usage - when my wireless signal came up, it showed about 10 possible networks. I called the front desk for the answer - but they also informed me I would need a code to access it. That's fine, but all Internet-related information should be conveyed upon check-in if that's the case. Also - the television in my room was unplugged, which took a little manuevering of the entertainment center to find the culprit plug. The bed, thankfully, was just as comfortable as all Sheraton beds (which to me rival Westin's Heavenly Bed), so I slept quite well regardless of the other inconveniences. If traveling on my own, I would not pay more than $150 for this hotel.
