Have to switch room two times, finally gave up cause they are all the same. If you pay a close look on the wall near the ceiling, you will see black mold are growing on it. Once in a while water will drip from the ceiling. Good thing my laptop was close, otherwise I'll be in deep trouble.

The room size are average, the front dest service are sub-par. The restaurant in the hotel are not good. Location is not good, located in the middle of nowhere, the nearest food is sandwich shop next to the korean shopping mall.

Overall, I won't recommend the hotel

Hotel is nice and clean. Lobby is very pretty! Small shop and restaurant in the hotel, which is very nice. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Shuttle is great for transportation within five miles of the hotel.

Check in was easy, the lobby was beautiful and the staff was friendly.
I assume it was a typical Holiday Inn Select, I have never stayed at one but I was impressed.
The room was very nice. (The only physical thing I noticed was that the carpets were a little worn but that was no biggy.) The room was very well appointed, nice assortment of quality bathroom toiletries. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was really comfy and the glasses and cups were not plastic or styrofoam ...which I particularly like :-)
Everything was well maintained. It is very close to Love Field but I was never bothered by airplane noises.
I will say that the room had the worst view I have EVER had in my history of views..lol. (Some sort of old warehouse...Horrible! I was not there for the view..so it was okay...but it was way creepy!
There was a small store, very nice work out room, nice restaurant and coffee bar on the premises. Enterprise Rental car was right adjacent to the property.
FYI, The breakfast buffet was delicious!
They had complimentary shuttle service within a reasonable service area. The shuttle Drivers were nice and especially Cleveland was extremely helpful and took good care of my co-worker and I when we went out to dinner.
The bad? Had a couple of issues: A random 16.00 Long distance charge just appeared. They took it off saying "That happens" but what if I had not looked closely at my bill?
The other thing was that I was not told at check in that a free breakfast came with my room so I bought breakfast the next morning. When I complained that I was not told about the free breakfast he said he would take care of the charges and he never did. Even when I asked again. He offered it and did not take care of it...thought that was cheesy but not enough to argue about at the time.
This was a very nice hotel and I would not hesitate to stay again!
(but I will ask for another view!)

The Holiday Inn Select at Love Field is more often than not unable to meet my office's corporate rate. When they do, I look forward to staying there. It is a much better than the Raddison and some other midrange nearby alternatives. The desk people are usually helpful, there is a security officer in the free parking lot and the rooms are pretty nice. They offered me a huge free breakfast buffet the last couple times with full assortments of eggs, standard meats and also unusual items as smoked salmon and capers, large fruit assortment etc. The morning desk staff needed help badly - (one lady juggling phones, check in and check out) - but this was the first time I had seen management slip up, and the desk clerk handled it well. If you are to be located in the Love Field area, you should not be disappointed with this place of lodging.
