We were very disappointed with this hotel. First, the clerk drew a map to the Dallas Zoo for us and sent us to the wrong interstate. As Priority Club members, we were told we would have a paper at our door each morning. We did not get a paper. The staff seemed unhappy working there. The beds needed replacing and the non-smoking room had an obvious smoke smell. The room looked like it had not been remodeled in a very long time. We had booked a three night stay. When I came down to let them know we were leaving a day early because we were not happy with our stay, the desk clerk just printed the receipt and handed it to me without asking any questions. As a customer service oriented business, I was shocked no one asked why we were leaving. We moved to another hotel and had a great experience. I only wish we had left earlier.
