We booked this hotel through Hotwire.com and were thrilled with the selection. The room was totally renovated, very spacious and clean. Although our arrival was early and our room wasn't ready, the Hilton took our luggage and called us when the room was available. The location was great with two T stops close by and the Prudential Center right across the street. We could easily walk to Newbury Street for a variety of restaurant selections. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our family and friends.

If you are looking for a hotel close to Fenway Park, the subway, and the downtown sites, this is a good choice. Front desk staff if courious and helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet.

“Great stay at the Hilton”

My fiance and I stayed here for an overnight in Boston. We had Red Sox tickets, so we wanted to be in walking distance of Fenway. We arrived at 1, 2 hours before check in, because we wanted to get into Fenway before the game. Our room wasn't ready yet, but Omar at the front desk saw our dismay, and found us a room right away. The service was great.
The room was very comfortable, the bed as well, and overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The location was great, with the Prudential Center and Fenway all within walking distance. Although we didn't use it, the pool and fitness center looked very nice. I highly recommend this hotel!

“Nice hotel..”

My family and I stayed there this past Saturday night. The hotel is renovated so it is very clean! The rooms were nice, but my only complaint was that the walls do seem to be thin. The people in the room next door came in at 2:30 am and I could hear them in the bathroom, toilet flush etc. Also, I could constantly hear the elevator going up and down all night which was very annoying. Not sure if I am super sensitive to noise as I do not see any other complaints about this. We got a gret price, so it was hard to complain. The staff was very nice at check in. We had breakfast at the hotel (just ok), nothing fancy at the buffet. But once again, staff was extremely nice. Also, great location close to shopping, restaurants and the T.

“Nice Hotel in a Good Location”

Hilton Boston Back Bay

May 21, 2008

Our family enjoyed our stay at this hotel in April....they are finishing up a renovation and only the lobby lounge was not complete during our stay...the pool and fitness center and outdoor sun deck are great. The location is convenient for tourism with the Prudential Center right next door with many dining options, plus trolley and duck tours are available right outside the door and around the corner. The hotel has funny angles and request one of the corner rooms that opens up with more space than a standard room.

We drove everywhere we wanted to visit and generally found parking easy except in the North End by the Old North Church. Tourist tip - there is a parking deck right under the Boston Common and real ease of use to get to the swan boats and public gardens.

Would definitely stay here again.
