It was one of the hotels recommended by the conference organizers. The location is great, close to almost anything you would need during your stay: CVS, restaurants(fast food and sit down), grocery store(across the street), shopping center(across the street), on Old Town Trolley route and Prudential subway station is right at the front entrance of the hotel making it really convenient to commute via subway. The service is good overall. We had a problem with the bathroom door that came off from the track and they fixed it while we were out during the day. The bathroom decor was acceptable, plenty of light. toiletry provided is a plus.
What I find unfavorable are the amount of pillows on the bed. There were probably 8 of them big and small including actually sleep pillows. We had to take them down when we went to bed. If you love having a lot of pillows, this should be a plus. The clock on the bedside table was really bright blue light that it was difficult to go to sleep with it being on. So I faced it toward the wall. There was no microwave in the room, there was a bar in the small fridge mostly packed with beverage. This one is a standard, you pay for what you eat.
If you want to use an internet, you need to pay $10/24 hours. You also have to pay for parking. We parked our car there for 3 days and a half and it costs us about $140 as I recall.
