Stayed here overnight before a flight from PHL. Close to airport, prompt shuttle bus, reasonable rate included 14 days parking. Only negative was that on weekends the Breakfast bag advertised are not available and shuttle left before buffet was put out.

We usually stay in Hamptons whenever we can since we like the consistency of Hamptons. However, in this Hampton, the front desk service was extremely unfriendly. She did not look at us once while checking us in and was very reluctant to answer questions when other guests came up.

Furthermore, most Hamptons have very comfortable beds. ( I think they advertise Cloud 9 beds). In this one, the beds were lumpy and old.

Overall, the stay was okay, specially for just one night, but it is quite disappointing compared to the other Hamptons that we have stayed in.

Just "okay". The room was old, the bathroom small. But for the 6 hours we were there to sleep it worked fine. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Had an early flight in the morning and the shuttle service was right on time. The driver was extremely courteous. The staff at the front desk were "okay" but we checked in at 10PM and they looked like they were looking forward to going home soon.

I've stayed at a lot of Hamptons and they'll all the same: clean, comfortable, friendly staff. I expected nothing less from this one. It was by far the worst Hampton I've stayed at, compared to the others. That said, if you're looking for a clean room close to the airport, it's a decent stay.

My bofriend and I went to Philly for a long weekend and after sitting in traffic in NY/PA for 7 hours, the cookies, popcorn and coffee they had in the hotel loby made us forget quickly. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bed was amazingly soft. The paper was at our door each morning, and the hot breakfast buffet was a definate benifit of staying here. The staff was very friendly and helped us (two small towners) navigate the subway system. The only negitives were that the fire alarm went off at 5am (false alarm) and if you are planning and going into the city you may want to consider someplace closer to city center. Although the subway system was close and easy to use, we were advised that it gets kind of seedy after dark and the cab ride back was $30 so total travel costs to and from the city for us were about $70.
