This hotel needs a complete overhaul. The lobby is dreary, tired, and dingy in appearance, even with a high ceiling, glass atrium, and large windows onto Broad Street. The room was adequate in size but had an old air conditioning unit that made a tremendous amount of noise whenever the thermostat turned it on and it remained in operation. This awakened us repeatedly during the night. The parking garage is a monstrosity. It has very narrow passageways (unsafe for 2-way traffic) and has a poorly-marked exit on the 3rd floor, which we didn't even see until we had returned to the 1-way entrance on the first floor. On a positive note, a very nice buffet breakfast (with made-to-order omelettes and waffles) was included with our Hilton Honors membership and the dining room staff was extremely friendly and courteous. We would not stay here again until there is a complete renovation.
