Excellent customer service, clean and confortable rooms, great place to stay!!!

This is a clean, convenient business class hotel very near the airport, with adequate parking, a good breakfast, and free WiFi in the rooms. The tv channel choice is adequate and the staff was pleasant to deal with. Shuttle to the airport is only on the half hour and nothing is within walking distance except other hotels. However, if you need a place to overnight between flights connecting in Philadelphia or a location for a business meeting near PHL airport, this is a great option.

We booked the Courtyard at the last minute for a trip to Philadelphia to see a Phillies game, and while the hotel was a fine place to stay if you were waiting for a flight at the airport, I would not reccommend it for any other type of trip simply due to its location (expect to pay $20+ per person for a taxi trip to Center City or Manayunk!). When we arrived at the hotel we checked in quickly, but found that we were missing a cot we had requested in the room. The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous, and took care of the problem right away. There is a TGIFriday's right in the parking lot, which would be very convenient for travelers. The hotel was clean and the breakfast in the morning was sufficient. I would recommend not staying on the first floor if you want a quieter stay, since the pool seemed to be filled with kids until a rather late hour.

I had a wonderful time at the Courtyard. I stayed for the weekend of New Years. The room looked clean, but I found a used wash rag under the bed. When I complained to management they apologized, and took money off of my bill. My daughter needed a screwdriver to install batteries into one of her games, and we phoned the front desk and someone gave us a screwdriver in less than 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly. The only down side to our stay was the dining area and room service is not available on weekends, so we asked for menus and the front desk staff gave us plenty. I will visit the Courtyard again in the near future.
