San Jose Del Cabo Culture:  Well, I dunno if this is 'culture' or not, but the bird sanctuary is at the end of hotel row, past the "Presidente".  Go early as it can get hot, and the birds take siestas.  It's kinda pretty in spots, and I saw a hawk and snowy egret.  Other stuff flying around too.  Being a Mexican bird sanctuary, there were also cows, and I saw a gato.  HA HA!  I enjoyed it.
