Hellenic Flame Festival

As an annual event, this festival expects to attract tens of thousands of visitors daily that visit Parc Jean-Drapeau and Ile Sainte-Helene. This year’s festival is especially significant since they are celebrating their fifth year.  Among these visitors targeted for this year’s festival include tourists, the population situated in the Greater Montreal region along with the Greek population of New-York, Toronto region and Ottawa . Since the last four years, this festival has been considered to be a key player of the summer season because of its distinctive character which showcases a rich intercontinental culture.

For the 2007 edition The Hellenic Flame / La Flamme Hellénique aims to promote the unique Quebec Greek culture and way of life, while blending in with the Mediterranean experience.

The Hellenic Flame / La Flamme Hellénique will be held at the Parc Jean-Drapeau from August 10th - August 12th 2007
