White Sands for Miles - the Yasawas

The Yasawa islands are best known as having the most beautiful beaches in the pacific. They are an island chain of around 20 islands surrounded by beautiful lagoons, bathed in golden sunlight. Nicknamed the "Blue Lagoon Islands", they earned this moniker because the Hollywood movies (2 of them) of the same name were filmed in these islands.

The Yasawas are located on the drier, sunnier side of the archipelago, with warmer temperatures and less rain. They are popular because of their isolated location - away from the crowds, and embodying by a timeless beauty.
